Xbox holiday bonus not working

The Microsoft Rewards Points? You need some days to got the points. Also, you can reach support team.

I had the same problem, but after a while of doing nothing, it worked fine.

Contacting them at https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ through the Contact Microsoft Rewards Support link at the bottom worked for me too. They responded tonight and manually added the 18,000 points to my account.

I got an answer back and they said they checked my purchase and can see that it is eligible to complete the task. I replied back because I couldn't find the promotion any where to finish the check boxes. Then got a reply back that they added the 18,000 points
to my account. I checked and the points were added.

How did you contact them? It only ever brings me to an automated chat, which brings me here after I explain the issue

I am waiting for a response but at the bottom of the page at https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ it says Contact Microsoft Rewards Support. It gave me a form to fill out and it said I should get a response within 24 hours. I did have to use Chrome because
Safari on Mac gave an error when I tried to submit it.

I have the same problem but I couldn't get the check marks and now it is gone. I don't even see it on my Xbox now. I want my 18,000 points. I contacted support and they said give it some time, but it never worked. I just want assurance I will get my points
even if it takes a while.
