how do I reset my switches for game sharing

Xbox one & PS4 stock checker

I had my order cancelled for an xbox one a week before launch, now I may have two not sure yet

It refreshes automatically I would recommend keeping an eye on Argos early in the mornings they had stock of Xbox Friday morning but went very quickly home delivery only .
Had stock again this morning but has now gone .

You can't.

Since the limit was raised from 3 to 5 times per 12 months support will not reset the amount for you anymore unless you have a new console that is registered or a replacement console due to sending yours off for repair.

5 times every 12 months is more than enough unless you are trying something dodgy.

The home console feature is meant for households with more than one console,not for sharing with your friends which can technically get you enforcement action on your account.

I agree with you for the most part but like I've said earlier, no one is going to get penalized for doing it. It technically isn't a violation of anything written in the ToS, nor is it accurately enforceable.

 

Sigh,been through this before.Yes,technically you can get banned for this.Just like you can get banned for playing a game before release.Just because they don't strictly enforce this they could if they wanted to.There are several parts of the ToU/CoC sharing
with friends technically violate.

 

The CoC and ToS can be interpreted in different ways obviously. Nothing states or implies a location restriction on the Home Xbox feature in any of their documentation. They haven’t enforced this in the 4 years it’s been available to utilize, and there’s
no indication that they ever will, especially since they increased the number of times you can switch the Home Xbox annually.

And like I said, they wouldn’t be able to accurately determine who’s “improperly” using the feature in many cases (military families, kids going away to college, divorced parent households, etc). Several months ago I spoke with someone who left the Enforcement
Team and he essentially confirmed what I’m saying.
