Hi there,

please try removing your profile from the console, then perform a proper power cycle via the steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console and then download your profile again.

Be aware that the steps to download your profile will require your account credentials.
