Xbox help me I have been spam reported now I am communications banned until 6/16/17

I have been communications banned apparently until 6/16/17 because I have been spam reported by a player I killed in GTA5 for no reason so please get this suspension off plz

Why am i still banned?

I was communication banned around 6/10/17 and my banned time has been lift at 6/24/17 10:24:02PM and the day has passed and im still banned i have done everything i think i could have. deleted my account reinstalled it hard reset my xbox. if you could help
me in anyway to get unbanned that would be great

Even though I'm unbanned, I still can't send messages due to past behavior

I was communication banned on 6-26-17 and console banned on 6-27-17 , the communication ban ended on 7-9-17 and the console ban ended on 7-11-17. I have no active bans right now but I still can't communicate on Xbox one. I try to send a message but it says
you can't do this because of past behavior.

I'm haveing the same problem but the funny thing is that i was banned for somthing i have not done

don't really matter if it's a fake report you would've only had a suspension if it was valid

You must be rated e for everyone regardless

If over 24hours you can file an cases reviews at Enforcements

I did but he was still Spamming after that report came in and I got Com Ban should that not take affect if he was still spamming I shouldn't be Com Ban if he Responds back after the message he reported me over that means I wouldn't be Com Banned

So in that Case that counted as Abuse of Player Reputation

Regardless of if he thought it was a threat or not that would of been Blocked since he Respond back in Spamming
