XBOX HEADSET STEREO ADAPTER

I am, furious with Microsoft. I went through 5 chat support sessions just trying to buy 1 Xbox one headset adapter, because they’re out of stock. And what do their support team tell me to do. Buy a third party adapter that will break in a month.

have one, and it's never let me down yet.

 

I already have a turtle beach one and I very much despise it and don’t like it. All I want is the Xbox brand one that’s it. Thanks for your opionion though.

Why not having one in ebay or in amazon??? Microsoft Xbox is giving up themselves anyway and they don't fxxking care for us, so why let them earn money? Now purchasing in ebay and amazon is more trustworthy than buying stuff in the so-called official channel.

 

Have you searched around on Amazon, Ebay or any local stores for it?

 

In this situation, Xbox Support have NO power over restocking of Microsoft products. Support are to do just that, *support*, so please be patient and look at other places where the adapter may be sold. It is down to you, what you choose to spend your money
on.

I went to a pawn shop to buy SplinterCell blacklist and they had a bunch for 5 bucks. You might want to just swing by your local pawn just to see.

So I think Microsoft is really giving up the console market and maybe the whole sales and marketing team was dead. Here comes a customer says "Okay, I am buying your product so please earn my money", but they just sit there and do nothing!!!!!! If this incompatible
sales and marketing team can't even sell a adapter, how can they sell gaming console????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
