Xbox headset not mic not working

Hello,

Sorry for my english which is not my first language. I have recently bought a xbox headset (Starfield edition, if it can give you more information) and I tried using it on a computer (with windows 11) but observed some strange things :

First there is multiple audio output (named : Xbox wireless headset, Xbox controller), I assumed that it is linked to wether I use wireless or wired. Obviously, everything sound better in wired (Xbox controller).

Second issue the mic never works in wireless mode (to be clearer I mean that I see two audio input : Microphone Xbox Controller and Microphone Wireless Headset - and the wireless headset mic don't work). There is no use trying to update any driver I could (bluetooth, headset update or anything else). But the mic does work in wired mode.

Finally, when I use the wireless mode mic (which never work as said above), the sound is completely cutted (only the sound for the wireless output).

To summarize : When I use my headset with bluetooth the mic does not work and if I try to use the mic as input, i don't have any sound anymore.

I have seen other people having similar or different issues with their xbox headset on windows which is surprising...

If you have any idea that could help me, I would be trully grateful.
