Xbox headset mic not working

Hello,

Last week i bought a turtle beach xone headset at a local store. When i came home i tested it right away, i went in a party with friends, i heared them but they didnt hear me. The green circle around my avatar wasnt even lighting up. I started to search
for solutions on the internet but nothing helped. I thought my headset was not functioning correctly, so i went back to the store and i got a refund. After that i bought a official xbox one camouflage headset from microsoft. When i came home i tested it, and...
same problem. I can hear my friends but they didnt hear me.

So then i was searching for another solution, got into my settings and checked everything. But nothing helped. So i contacted the help chat of microsoft. I did al the procedures with the guy, but it also didnt help. So he said he was gonna send it to a specialized
tech department. I would get a response in 24 hours. It is now more then 3 dats ago. And still no response.

The only thing that i can think of is that there is something wrong with my controller or my xbox one itself.

I have a xbox one S 1tb.

Can please somebody help me out?

It definitely sounds like there may be some type of issue with your Xbox One controller if your console isn't detecting audio from multiple headsets. Have you tried your headset on a different controller to see if there's any change by chance?
