    I want to use a pair of bose headphones as headset for my xboxe one. I can hear game's sounds and my frineds voices, but they can't hear me. My headphones do have a mic, the classic headphone's mic. Someone know what's the matter?

    That's why there are headphones that have Xbox compatible written on the case. Compatible with PS etc.

    You always have to see if the headphones are compatible with Xbox.
    You certainly have incompatible headphones and sometimes it's a problem.

    When you buy headphones and are not directly under the XBOX brand. So you have to look at packing if the headphones are compatible with XBOX.
