Xbox head set adapter help

the led light on my adapter wount turn off when i connedt it to my controll is there a way to fix it???

I wonder if they are counterfeit or the real thing. If real, they are at a great price

the cheap ones are a 2.5 coax plug in iirc... i really want a bluetoothwireless... those seem to be 80-100 for them..

i will hold off till i see them in gamestop and see a price.

in all honestly i would buy a polk headset if the price for an adapter and decent tb wireless are price comparative or more.
i really like the blue/grey polks.. but they are 150+ if they are wireless i will get them... if not i will hold off till 3rd party companies start producing xb1 headsets. i see no reason to buy a 360 headet when the xb1 is so new.. might as well get the new tec stuff not like its going to be outdated soon.

Hopefully its just an issue where the adapter is not plugged all the way in

OR

possible the batteries are going dead in the controller.

-What have you tried to resolve this?

-Are you able to chat ?

-Do the other buttons work?

 

The other buttons don't work and Im tried the chat but it doesn't work on my phone

 

Also I have tried serval battery packs fully charged and Reconnecting my controller

 

I've ran into this issue too but I have 2 adapters

 

If you have a mini USB cable, please remove the batteries.

Plug in the controller and let me know if this is still an issue.

If you still have the same issues, it could be a faulty controller or perhaps the controller is now broken.

IF it does work, then we know its an issue with the batteries.
