Xbox HDR without 4K, why isn't working? You ought to explain yourselves!

I am posting everywhere. Reddit, Support, Twitter, Feedback from xbox console error reporting. I fight to demand my legal rights.

I have any right to use my monitor as I want to. I want 1440p 120hz and HDR together. But never worked. Everyone talks about it on the internet. Microsoft doesn't respond. Not a single official reply.

If you have unticked "Allow 4K", "Allow HDR10" is a also null, a turd. Does nothing. HDR calibration or TV capabilities, are "red". Not capable my ****.

If I tick "allow 4K", all HDR content works great from netflix/prime to games and new xbox calibration application.

How am I supposed to buy Series X if you don't fix this? Am I bad guy if I decide to move legally against Microsoft? Court will give me the win. Because you are promoting false marketing. HDR is not connected in any way with 4K. You have no right nor authority
to force me play 4k60fps if I like to enjoy 1440p120hz content. Will you fix this? Will you update this thing? Do something non illegal for once! Two tears you lie to hundreds of gamers, forcing them to either disable HDR or disable 120fps1440p monitor capabilities.

There is nothing illegal about not providing a setting. You do realize that the games need to have that stuff enabled as well. Not every game supports HDR. Are you going to threaten every game developer for not providing HDR to you? The console provides
the features that it advertised. If you don't like the features you are free to buy a console that will provide what you want.

Using an Xbox One X, yes for sure yes you can still play games in 4k without the HDR. With the Xbox One S you can upscale to 4K without HDR.

You have to select "Allow 4K" and "Allow HDR" in order to use HDR, but you do not need to set your resolution to 4K.

Then you can set your screen resolution to 1440p, and all the work is done in the Xbox, without needing the monitor to downsample anything.

Only the Xbox One S and the One X support HDR. HDR isn't linked to resolution, so, technically, HDR can work at 1080P. However, in the interest of not confusing consumers, Microsoft have locked HDR to 4K displays only, which is mostly industry standard
anyway. I'm pretty sure even 1440P doesn't support HDR on One S or One X either.

I understand that HDR is not related to resolution and that most 1080P displays that do support it are less common that 4K displays, but there are definitely models that do, mine included.

I can play PS4 games on 1080P with HDR but not XB1 games.. I don't understand why MS isn't supporting HDR alongside 1080P ?
