Xbox HDMI Connection

My Xbox One has been having some issues with the HDMI connector in the console itself. For a while now, I have had to place the HDMI in the perfect position and lean it against my wall or tape it to the Xbox because if it moved, I would lose the audio, video,
or both. I've been managing with this for a while, but recently the sound is cutting in and out on a daily basis, and I am unable to fix the problem. I was just wondering if their is any customer support or the possibility of sending my console in for repairs.

Can I Direct Connect XboxOne to TV?

That's how you connect an xbox to a tv... am i missing something, how do you normally connect your xbox to the tv?

Make sure your hdmi cable is connected to the OUT port on the xbox one (next to power) and to an IN port on your tv's HDMI port.

Easy peasy.

The console automatically uses the default display settings. But you can also change the settings on the console to improve the video display.

Note: All Original Xbox consoles do not have an HDMI port.
