Xbox having issues loading to home

using a 2TB external harddrive to store my games and apps

connected to my At&T Uverse box

My Xbox was having issues and after an hour trying to get into the home screen I was able to factory reset my system. When i reinstalled everything I turned off quick boot option. So now two weeks later im having the same issue again. System having trouble
going loading into the home screen. I disconnected my kinect and external harddrive to see if that was causing some errors of some kind but nothing. Now at the time i was only playing Fallout4 and watching my normal Tv.

I believe this issue is to blame for the new updates coming out but im not certain. Yes I have done the hard reset and I think this is my 3rd time doing a factory reset on this *** console

So now I'm really *** off because I really really want to support Microsoft but if they can't get their *** together im gonna smash the hell out of the xbox console and post up the video on youtube.

I purchased a Surface Book too 1st day released which was like $3,000 and that laptop is messing up as well.

How do i fix my *** console? or must i send it back to you and pay another $$$$ so you can send me a refurbished one.

Microsoft get your *** together! Invest in some good talent and stop *** up even more then you already are.

Tired of Xbox Fitness Crashing

I'm having issues with crashing as well. Usually it happens at the end of a workout when instead of loading the progress/summary screen, it crashes to home page. This morning it crashed to home page mid workout. Lost all progress towards achievements as
well as stamps.

 

Battlefield 4 Clan

I am having issues with this game though. Every time it loads a different map it kicks me to the home screen. It also does this sometimes when loading the first map that I'm connecting to.
