Xbox have sold me a faulty digital game and I can't get a refund

I apologize but just a friendly reminder that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the refund team. There is no direct contact with them, only by submitting a refund request and by replying to their email (refund request confirmation and refund decision). To help you, I would recommend replying to their email.

Argos sold you faulty goods, and if you only bought it not that long ago then you as the customer have a right for a refund or a replacement. Shops can't sell you a faulty product.

If you bought from a physical store and not online I would suggest you try my trick of standing in the queue with your faulty product.

They couldn't wait to get rid of me as everyone was asking what was up with mine!

While I was there another guy was bringing his back due to faulty kinect/controller issues.

Also someone with blu ray drive not working - if you bought it from a shop demand a refund your right as a consumer is that they have sold you a faulty product and must replace it or give you a full refund!

If you bought from tesco - it's up to TESCO! They sold you a faulty product

I don't believe they do refunds on digital purchases through the Xbox Store but if you bought a physical copies in a sale then you can certainly get a refund from the retailer that sold it to you

Its generally not possible to get refunds on digital games especially if you have played quite a bit of it, Disc based games can always be traded in at a local store or sold online.
