Xbox hates me/Games are said to be corrupt

I have been having problems with my Xbox saying multiple of my games are corrupted. Games that are already installed. Giving me the error report that says, " Sorry we cant launch this. The item you are trying to use appears to be corrupt. Try uninstall and
reinstalling it. (0x80070570)" Its doing this with multiple games that are installed directly to my Xbox through online purchase, its saying the same thing for one game that's on a Disk and its also giving me an error code when i just try to watch TV with
the TV app/ one guide.(0X800703f9) I tried uninstalling the games and reinstalling them and the same error comes up. I tried hard restarting my Xbox by holding the home button on the Xbox for 5 sec until it turns off. left it alone for 10 min. come back to
this same issue.

I have and external hard drive just FYI. this issue is both for games that are installed on my internal hard drive and external hard drive.

Fable II Backwards Compatibility

When I guess I should rephrase what I said I tried to play my fable games on Xbox one and they wouldn't load and Xbox Support told me that the files are corrupt

My friend said that if i get a game on games on demand it would be corrupt. Is This true?

For me it did. They said it was a corrupted file in my xbox.

If the world has been deleted or corrupted there is nothing that can be done.

I hate when that happens in a game 😕
