    I haven’t been able to to access anything on my xbox in weeks. I posted this question a few weeks ago with details of my problem.

    I cant access 90% of my console. I haven’t been able to play some games as i can’t download some updates. I can’t access the store or buy new games. I can’t access the xbox game pass that i’m play for.

    I just need to know if they are aware of it and going to fix it?

    Xbox hasn’t been working for over 2 weeks

    No setting have been changed. Not even game and app thumbnails load. Home screen back ground doesn’t load. I can’t even go onto my own profile.

    The only thing i can do is play some games and talk to friends through game chat.

    My design lab order hasn't arrived yet

    I placed an order for three controllers on August 16th. Two of them arrived in time but my third one still hasn’t and it also hasn’t been shipped. I was told four weeks of waiting for it to ship, but it has been over four weeks. I feel like my order has been forgotten. Who do I contact to get my order?

    Oh that’s probably why the delay then imma give it another few days then thanks for your help much appreciated might still try reaching out to them to see if they could give me a update again thanks
