Xbox has went down hill bad

    Xbox has went down hill bad


    I with the other probley 100s of thousands is bout ready to leave xbox for the ps4 pro. Been 2 weeks now and cant get on the xbox to play a game or what i like the most is netflix. If you cant offer a dependable service, don't shove online access required
    to play if we cant sign in to play. got close to 40 games and cant play half and ya'll **** wonder why more people will not pay for gold to play online. If i have to sell my xbox and go with ps4, i will never comeback back to xbox.

    Get your head out your **** and get your server running right and get xbox live back right.

    I'm dreading the day i purchased my xbox one. $400 paper weight not counting $2000 in games.

    Customer service is a joke cause we all get the run around and its all the customers fault, never xbox.

    that is about where they started going down hill, this gen has just been pretty bad, DLC and the attempt to copy other games doesn't help.
