Xbox has stolen my money? Please tell me that Xbox has not turned into thieves!

Okay ill find a way to call them, but if I don't get my refund. I'm just going to be even more

I'm really shocked too. I've been a member for 8 years and in the past they have always made things right.

If this is the case then maybe it's best off going to the subscription service directly and requesting a refund through them instead for a repeat purchase of the same product. If it is impossible to make a repeat subscription to the same product then you
have been charged incorrectly twice for a faulty product. Have you tried doing a hard reset of the console by holding down the power button for ten seconds before releasing and turning the consoke back on again? This will refresh the xbox, clearing the cache
may also help in overcoming the game freezing on you problem. If you have made a repeat purchase then they should at least refund you for one of the games you purchased, and if they both don't work then a refund should be issued for both purchases. Maybe try
again to see if you get a different responce from them a second time round, expressing the issue that you have been robbed of your hard earned money. I hope this helps you and the situation gets resolved soon.

I guess I hoped by posting here someone higher on the food chain would take a look at my case and make it right. But i've already exhausted every option I could in trying to get a refund. So if that's not the case then I guess they just stole my money.
How else can you describe it?
