xbox has power but no picture

My xbox had frozen a handful of times that normally would be solved by a hard reset but not this time. I did my hard reset after it froze while playing. after i booted back up, after several tries i might add, i got the green startup screen and then instantly
to a startup error screen. so i tried a factory reset and got to choose my region before it froze again and now my xbox turns on but i get nothing on my tv. ive tried unplugging my power supply from the wall and xbox and replugging them in. ive tried changing
my hdmi cables around and on different ports on my tv and still nothing.....please help

what is wrong with my xbox!!??

This just started 2 days ago. My xbox will turn on but no controllers will connect even after syncing. No picture/audio will show up on my TV and the power brick has a green light.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Xbox freezing. It sounds like you have done everything that is in the support FAQ for the issue you are having. The next step is to contact support and do some advanced trouble shooting with them on the line.
Just in case there are some steps you may have missed I have included the link for no picture, Xbox freezing, as well as to contact support at the bottom. I hope this helps!

ok so i got it to start up and finish the setup after the reset but after that i would play a match of call of duty and it would freeze after the match was over and now i'm getting the startup error screen again and now it wont let me factory reset

Microsoft has recently introduced official repair programs, which includes the Xbox power supply.

While you repair your Xbox yourself at your own risk, you can purchase a new power supply here and if you look at the bottom of the page you'll find a detailed guide with pictures on how to replace it.

Sorry you're having issues with your Xbox One. With the Xbox on hold the power button for about 10 seconds, the Xbox will quickly power off. After that turn it back on and see if you see a picture. If that doesn't work with the Xbox off hold the power
and eject till you hear a beep. Then turn it back on.

If still no pictures then try another HDMI cable, or TV.

Hello. I'm an Xbox One owner (UK) and am having problems with 'The One' seeming to lose connection to my Virgin Tivo box every couple of days. It doesn't happen when I'm actually watching live tv but when the xbox has been powered down to standby via voice
command ("Xbox turn off") and then powered back up in the same manner ("Xbox on"). The Tivo set-top box is powered to standby via its remote but when I power it back up I sometimes have just a black screen when the xbox is on and working?? This has lead to
countless 'Reset TV settings' in the xbox settings.

I'm not experiencing any problems with the picture freezing or anything but my question is, does your advice that's posted above only relate to picture freezing or does it help with the problem I'm encountering as well?

All help/guidance appreciated.
