Xbox HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Has anyone had this issue????

Allow me to explain EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE.

1. Request a call

They NEVER CALL YOU BY THE ESTIMATED WAIT. NO NEARLY CLOSE. 7 Min = 1 HOUR! I only had an hour before I had a client to visit and they called me right before I was about to take off. I have requested a total of 10 calls since Yesterday and only 4 of them
have actually made it to me. Oh and its during the day so idk what is up!!!

2. Chat with a Gamer

Yup tried that FAILED MISERABLY. NO E-MAIL NO CHAT RESPONSE.

3. CHAT WITH A SPECIALIST

Oh here is the worst part. The Chat with a specialist comes after a Chat with a Gamer doesn't answer. So once I clicked on that link, it says "Sorry our site is down at the moment." but APPARENTLY EVERYTHING ELSE ON THE WEBSITE WORKS FLAWLESSLY.

4. Forums

What???????? I have never ever ever EVER had to go to a FORUM to get CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ANSWERS. GUESS WHAT. STILL DONT GOT ANSWERS.

Their Website doesn't work, their call system doesn't work, and more importantly their products DONT WORK.

I have a switch and playstation and XBOX is the ONLY console I continuously have to call customer service and ITS ALWAYS A CHORE. I seriously pray to (Mod Removed-Inappropriate) that Playstation comes out with a better AMAZING console next
year or in the years to come.

IN CONCLUSION:

I am very aware that there are probably millions of Xbox users who are trying to get customer service, but other businesses also have millions of customers calling in. Xbox has NO FORMALITY. NO SYSTEM. NO MANAGMENT. AND MORE IMPORANTLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

On edge from canceling subscriptions and selling this xbox that doesn't work so I can upgrade my PS4 SLIM to a PS4 PRO. Buying Xbox was a mistake. Buying Xbox is like buying a windows computers lol.

Sounds like the jokes you think are corny might just be offensive to others. Don't assume just because you find something funny that other people will, even if those people are your friends.

There is a reason that Xbox Live is 'E for Everyone'. That's the behaviour that Microsoft expect people to follow.

It's not about getting likes or votes from other gamers. It's more likely to be seen by someone at Microsoft who can implement the change if it's posted on the feedback site rather than on the forums.

Couldn't care less if my thoughts get likes or votes from other morons. I reporting my distaste for the current system and suggesting returning to the old one.
