Xbox has locked me out of my account

Xbox has slowly but surely been trying to take my account away from me and force me off their console by doing stupid
[Mod Removed] that they have even admitted was wrong. Let's start with the fact that they stole money from me, admitting that I wasn't allowed to use the XBL currency to buy Xbox Gold when they informed me that I could before purchasing it.
They said "Oh well, sucks man." and let me on my way. Now let's fast forward to today when I try to log in and it asks for me to provide login information. I did so and it simply says "We can't do this right now, try again later." and it logs me out. So now,
I'm locked out of my account. I would love to go and change the information to a newer email, but I can't because this email is so old, that I'm locked out of that too. Basically, Xbox, if you're going to
[Mod Removed] please? Because 4 years of getting destroyed thanks to your incompetence is getting really
[Mod Removed], especially since you keep taking my money and I don't get to use your service.

I'm not able to sign in online, i got this crap message to confirm my email address and password, only problem is the email address i used no longer exist and have since lock my account after several attemps, I given xbox.com/proof. So what is the solution
to my problem.

 

Not to mention, I doubt that xbox will be able to work this out.

For starters , you could never buy gold with MSP/Xbox currency. For the "[Mod Removed]" stuff , that was most likely automated , as im sure those were swears you posted , and those get removed easily by it. If it is not a Microsoft associated email , then
you will need to get in contact with whoever your email is registered too , most sites have a "Forgot your password?" button that will allow you to answer a security question or contact your backup email for a security code. If you call support and have your
email and password to your Microsoft account ready , you can get them to change your account information for you , unless your lock - out was in regards to a fraudulent or another act that violated the TOS.
