Xbox Has Black Screen Of Death And Wont Let Me Factory Reset

My xbox one got the black screen of death, so i got the troubleshoot page up and tried to factory reset it, but all it did was say preparing console for 5 minutes and then go back to the troubleshoot page without having done anything. i tried doing this many times but the same thing happened each time, since then ive tried hard resetting it, and unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in and turning it back on, but neither did anything, am very stuck with what to do, would appreciate help.

I have the same problems black screen says troubleshoot it's a Xbox One s system error e10 2 00000 c01-8007003 I've tried factory resetting it I have a flash drive in the back right now but the offline system update won't let me click on it

I am currently getting this error if I turn on my Xbox. Tried factory resetting but it wont let me (from holding the buttons) if I press “okay” or whatever it was enough times it just goes to a black screen and doesn’t do anything

I reset the xbox and now I can't get past the update screen as it wont let me update even after a factory reset. Might have to send it back as its within warranty
