Xbox has been really messed up for the past few days for no reason

my xbox one s black screened this week for no reason i’ve always taken good care of it. When i tried to start it the display wouldnt pop up so i read online that i should power cycle and hard reset eventually after that didnt work i factory reset it but
once i did i noticed that after about 5-6 minutes of use it would slow down and then everything would stop working the side menu when you hit the home button just greyed out the screen when i would try to access it and the dashboard would crash after that.
i tried to power cycle it again and now it has black screened yet again and i cannot get back into boot mode by holding the the power and eject buttons. if you have any solutions please let me know i have run out of ideas.

I would try an offline update, you download it onto a flash drive then plug into your xbox and on the boot menu selct offline update. I know your having trouble getting back to the boot menu, I had a similar problem myself, just keep trying to get to the
boot menu once you've downloaded the update. maybe leave your console unplugged from the mains for half hour or so, it seemed to help mine.

Same here. My Xbox is a Slim model that has barely been used. There's really no reason for it to mess up constantly.

My Ori and the Will of the Wisps one worked for me a few days ago. Maybe it will update in a day or so. Xbox Live was messed up yesterday and that might be the reason why.

What has happened to this franchise? Everything BC 1 and on has been really cheesy IMO. Why did they have to mess it up? They did the same thing to Halo and Gears, too. CoD has stayed the same, and it's the most played MP game on XBL for a reason. I remember
BF2MC was more popular than CoD 4 back in the day.

Ive also saw another thread on here though with somebody saying they have a different router so its hard to say. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the ddos attack last week has messed up the servers for a few people. I hope its not actually a fault
with the xbox :/ The thing is though, it worked fine for about the first 3 days then all of a sudden the past 2 days its just been doing this.
