Xbox has been having weird problems

Hello. My Xbox One and Xbox 360 have been having some weird problems. A couple of my problems are when I go into a new location in any game I will lag for a half a second, when my game saves or gives me hints in a game I will also lag for a half a second
every time, and when I was playing world of tanks via the beta every time someone was spotted I would lag but my ping was stable. those are just a couple of my problems. I have tried a couple different consoles and different TVs and it still happens and my
internet connection is perfect also I tried it while disconnected from Xbox live and it still happens. Thank you for reading and I hope to solve my problem.

Skylander portal turning on while Xbox is off

I've been having this weird experience. My Xbox is turned off and the portal turns on at random. Has anyone else had this experience?

 

When loading a new location the game must load and process that new location. Same with the game saves, your game and console must use extra processing power to save your progress. As for World of Tanks, you're playing a beta release of a game and game alphas/betas
will have glitches. The game developer of World of Tanks should have a forum or e-mail that you can report beta issues to.

If you'd like you can uninstall and reinstall the games you are having issues but, but honestly all the things you are describing are normal game occurrences. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
