Xbox has been charging me for the past year!

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone can help.

I cancelled my Xbox Live subscription approximately a year ago to date. I have only just realised I have still been paying the £14.99 per 3 months for the subscription. Due to it being over a year since playing I have no idea of the email address OR password.
I could inform Xbox of many other details such as card details, address etc.

I am unable to locate any form of email address and am reluctant to call at a high 'per minute' rate.

What options do I have?

Billing without knowing what!

I just realised it's been charging me £14.98 for the past three months from my debit card as well as charging my paypal account £5.99 for gold... What the hell?! I'm currently talking to customer service...

CANCELING GOLD MEMBERSHIP

I have not used my xbox in almost a year because of red ring. But im still paying for the membership and cannot TURN OFF AUTO RENEWAL. Whenever I do it says there has been an error. This is disgusting and it has been doing this for months, charging me and
not allowing me to do anything about it! Please help, thought about contacting BBB.

I FOUND A SOLUTION.

The same thing has been happening to me for the past year and nothing works.

My solution. Bought a PS5. Bye xbox.

Only recently has my hard drive been turning my xbox off. It has been working fine these past 4 years I used it for this xbox.

my xbox has been doing EVERYTHING 1080p for years, at least the past year, even when I had a 32' Tosiba LCD HD, All I did was change the settings on the dash. I dont think zune is even workin anymore, its called xbox-video? yup all my netflix an everything
else are all 1080p btw I dont watch netflix on my xbox a cheap $75 Blue-Ray has most of these apps an they don't charge $59 a year for the privilege (xbox-live GOLD)
