Xbox has been banned from online service!

My son was borrowing my xbox. He was in a room playing Minecraft with some friends. A punk showed up in the room and was disrupting things. They couldn't get this individual to leave. He threatened to get everybody banned. And a day later my Xbox now has been banned from online service. Along with my son and his friends with their accounts.

I have no way of contacting a live associate from xbox. All I get is the AI service. When I go into my account I cannot find a trouble ticket to submit a review. I would like Xbox to reach out to me to figure out what is going on. Along with getting my xbox, dad's Xbox unbanned from online.

I am unable to see anything when I go into the Xbox support system.

There is nothing there. There's my account. There's my oldest account. And there's my youngest account. There's no strikes against any three of these accounts.

No one can ban people in anyone claiming to do so is trying to intimidate you. You should report them not respond and move on

Console bans are not able to be appealed, and typically all accounts on those systems are banned with them

If your console is banned, there's likely part of the story your son isn't telling you. They don't ban people let alone ban their hardware for nothing. I suggest you review your son's account on https://enforcement.xbox.com which may be able to provide better insights. No one here or at Support has any ability to review or change enforcement actions. There may be an appeal offered through your individual accounts on the enforcement site, you get one

You will need to check if you had been banned from xbox services. You will need to call the microsoft support phone number if your account has been banned and beg them to turn it back on.

We can't tell you if a device has been modified or hacked. But if it has, then you will not be able to use it, as it would be banned from accessing Xbox Live service.
