Xbox Harrassment Suspension

I was given a suspenion from the enforcement team for what they deem as harrassment although to me swearing a few times to other players especially when they do it back to you is an unjust reason to suspend someone. I have contacted them through the case
review TWICE! and both times I was met with the exact same default messgae about that I have broke T.O.S although I know full well I did through communication means with the no swearing I don't see where the harrassment comes in? I want the ability to communicate
with the development team as you can with the support team and ensure that all the suspsenions and bans are given out with a just reason and not unjustly.

Is spamming messages/invites against the rules?

It could possibly be considered harrassment. No one here can give you an exact punishment for it though. It could be a communications suspension or an account suspension.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bannings. The only way to contact them is to post in that forum.

Harrassments do just warrant suspensions usually, but if you've had multiples suspensions, it will end in a permanent ban.

it doesnt matter who started the fight

if you break the rules by swearing and sending unwanted msgs with cursing it is harassment even if they startt the fightand is worthy of a ban

Yes, they can be banned for harrassment. Thought the punishment depends on how severe the enforcement team determines it to be. Suspensions can start at 24 hours and increase to 2 weeks with multiple enfractions, and then a permanent ban after the 2 weeks.
If the harrassment is severe enough, they will permanently ban them immediately instead of just suspending them.

The enforcement team investigate each complaint they receive. They will only issue a suspension/ban if they determine that you have done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service. You could have a million complaints filed against you and
they wouldn't do anything unless they found something. If you're being harrassed, you need to file a complaint on those gamers and block communications. Being harrassed is not grounds for a name change.
