Xbox hardware troubleshooting

At first, the issue with my Xbox one x was that it would not install any games. So I factor reset the Xbox. It was very difficult to reset the Xbox, it kept returning to the troubleshooting page. Finally I was able to reset it. But when I
did, games (digital and disc) would only download about 20-50% then stop downloading and would not continue. So I reset the Xbox again. Now, it will only boot to the troubleshooting screen and I cannot access the home screen anymore. And when i try to reset
it, it just gets stuck on a black screen, xbox button on console and controller and still lit up. So i hard reset it and of course, it just boots back to the troubleshooting screen.

I am hardwired to my modem. I have not called support yet.

I was able to finally access my home screen but the Xbox keeps freezing when going through my settings. I am forced to reset it, at which point it just comes back to the troubleshooting screen. And at that screen, i am unable to do anything, including resetting
or turning off the Xbox.

Based on this I'd say it's very likely is a hardware failure.

My next step would be to contact support, jump through their troubleshooting hoops and get a service ticket to get it repaired or replaced.

Ok so you have hard reset and factory reset, are you part of the insiders program? Are you a US resident?

Yes, i have performed multiple software, hardware & factor resets.

Not sure what the "insider program" is, so probably not. And yes, i am a US citizen.
