Hi guys, i recently contacted xbox about my hardware problem. they told me to re set the xbox but keeping my games and apps. after this finished the xbox turned on and now i am stuck on the network page i can't get past it .Anyone
know how to get past this problem.

Xbox stops at %66 for applying update

My Xbox one will not go past %66. After it sends me to the "Opps there is a problem" page the error code I get is E200 0000000A 00000000. Can Some one help me. I have done the reformate, power cycle, new hard drive, and reset to factory settings. Also I
can not get to my dash and when I restart my Xbox it goes to applying update and starts it self at %35 and cant get it to stop the cycle.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for help downloading this game. I can totally understand how getting an error like this could be pretty perplexing. I suggest giving the steps outlined in our support page entitled Troubleshoot
game or app installation problems on Xbox One. If that doesn't work try after a

soft reset of the console, keeping your games an apps.

Try installing the game into your hard drive and if it does work then you are freely to play the game, but your going to need the disc once the game is installed into your hard drive.
