Xbox hardware issue

recently purchased an xbox one. I bought fifa 16 with it. When i insert the disk it works perfectly fine. But when i press the eject button the disk does not come out and the xbox starts making noises but still the disk works.

Also, I have the achievements "Make It Rain" which you have to purchase an item from the armory at the rank of Lt. Colonel and the achievement "An Honor Serving" which is to reach the rank of Captain in the UNSC. How can I still have these achievements.
I have been working hard to get my stuff back. But I want Microsoft to help me get them back and to put me back where I was. My current rank from working on the game is Warrant Officer Grade 2. Please Microsoft help me get back to where I was before.

 

This would be a problem with the disc reader in the console possibly, if you can perform a power cycle by checking this:

support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console and see if that helps, however if you still get the same result, I would take the console back to the place of purchase to see if they can fix it or sort you out with a replacement.

Well i live in pakistan but i will be travelling to the US in a week. What do u say that what should i do

 

If the power cycle for your console does not fix the problem, and ensure that the console is on a FLAT surface placed horizontally not vertically and you are still getting the noise, take the console back to its place of purchase and if under warranty, you
may possibly be able to get a replacement. However if this is not possible you can always go to

support.xbox.com/.../getting-your-product-serviced to see about servicing the console.
