Hello i used my Xbox Series s console with UPS protector (mercury 600w), sometimes when our home's electrical power exceeds, the voltage frequencies changing and the tv monitor says "hid device is disconnected" and then joystick with usb is dissconected too. i use my Xbox series s this way for more than 4 month. what do you think could it harm or already harmed my console cpu or gpu or other elements>?

    :)

Thank you for contact us! I'm Anderson, an Independent Consultant and a Microsoft user like you.

    Good evening

The xbox already has a power network stabilizer from the factory and Microsoft advises not to use any other, or it may cause problems with the device in the long term.
i use UPS for short circuits. and it's been almost a 3-4 month that i used this UPS. i already stated what kind of problems i faced (i mean "hid device is disconnected" on screen and automatically gamepad usb switching off) could these two symptoms alone harm or affect my console in bad way?

As for whether your console has already been harmed, it is difficult to say without a proper diagnosis. If you have noticed any unusual behavior or performance issues with your Xbox Series S console, it is recommended that you contact Microsoft support or a qualified technician to investigate further.
unfortunately i live in country where there are no microsoft tech.

Thank you to the Reply, However, if the voltage frequencies are changing rapidly and your TV monitor and joystick with USB are disconnecting frequently, it may indicate that the UPS protector is not providing enough power or stability to your Xbox Series S console.

It is advisable to check the specifications of the UPS protector to ensure that it is compatible with the power requirements of your Xbox Series S console. You may also want to consider investing in a higher quality UPS protector or surge protector to provide more reliable protection for your console.

It's difficult to say for sure whether your Xbox Series S console has been harmed or not by the fluctuations in voltage due to the power outages. However, if you have been using a UPS protector like the Mercury 600W, it should have helped to protect your console from power surges and other electrical issues.

If you are still experiencing issues with your console or notice any abnormal behavior, it may be best to contact Microsoft support for assistance. They can help diagnose any hardware issues and recommend the best course of action to ensure that your console is functioning properly.
well my UPS always signalised when fluctuations in voltage and as i said, then, "hid device is disconnected" is coming to the tv screen and my gamepad (using with usb) automatically switched off. this is all i get. the voltage is not fluctuations due to the power outages but is due to electrical charge. how can i diagnose my xbox? is there a possibly way? and also could i continue to use UPS? or it is harmful?
