4gb models do not come with hard drives only internal memory units. So it seems like you might have to buy a hard drive before you can install the HD content from Medal of Honor: Warfighter.

    Hello,

Can you please check your storage devices by going to Settings > System > Storage > Check to see if it lists the Hard Drive as being unformatted. If it is, this means that you will need to format the hard drive in order to be able to use it.

Check if your hard drive shows any sign of corrupt files shown with (!) or yellow circle. Delete these files and clean your console's cache:

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

If this doesn't solve your issue I suggest you to format the hard drive:

Careful: When you format a storage device, all of the information saved on that device is erased and cannot be recovered. Make sure that you either do not want the information stored on that device or have backed up the information to another device before
    you continue.

    To format a storage device

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

    Select Storage or Memory.

Select the storage device that you want to format, and then press Y on your controller.

Select Format. You will see the following message:

This will delete all content on this device. Do you wish to continue?

Select Yes to format the storage device.

If you are asked to enter your console serial number, do so, and then select Done. This step helps to guard against accidental formatting.
