    Xbox Harassment by [mod removed-personal information] aka 100 others


    I'm a 17 year member of Xbox Live. I'm in the Xbox Preview Program & was amongst the 1st to get the Club Update nearly 5 years ago or so when it 1st launched for preview members. I created a Club & immediately began getting many members. Once the Club
    Update released for everyone, I had this guy join with 5 different Gamertags.
    [mod removed-personal information]     & 2 others. He was being very strange & obnoxious and after banning one, it didn't take me long to figure out they were all the same person. So I banned them all. This
    [mod removed-personal information] then began using his many accounts to stalk & harass me for about 8 months before he were finally Console Banned by Xbox Enforcement. However, he only went out & got a new Xbox, created the Gamertag
    [mod removed-personal information] & what must be about 100 other fake accounts by now & has been using them to stalk & harass me as well as many other Xbox Live Members (Particularly Club Owners) for nearly 5 straight years now. I as well
    as many other Xbox Live members have been reporting this lunatic & his many fake accounts for the last 5 years now & nothing is being done. I have given Xbox Enforcement the names of his many Xbox Gamertags & have reported as many incidents of stalking & harassment
    as is possible. He will also invite you to join his clubs as a form of harassment which can't be reported. He has taken to YouTube & made 7 to 10 videos about me, using his cell phone to record my Xbox profile while lying about our few interactions early on.
    I have been contacted by other Xbox Members being harassed by him because they found his videos about me on YouTube & immediately knew the situation. Why is this clearly unstable person being allowed to create so many Xbox Live Gamertags? (At least 100!) Why
    despite already being Console Banned as [mod removed-personal information] is being permitted to stalk & harass so many Xbox Live Members & Club Owners? Why is he still being permitted on Xbox Live when so many Xbox Live Members besides just
    myself have reported him so many times? And given that he is the owner of so many Gamertags & has already been Console Banned for such behavior about 4 years ago? I have no idea why this is being permitted to continue. I have been a loyal member of Xbox Live
    for 17 years straight now & have purchased a massive library of Xbox games. But if no action is taken to remove this cancer from the service, I will have no choice but to take my loyalty & $ to PlayStation 5 & begin building my library on that platform. I've
    honestly had it. Enough is enough.

    Hello Rhythm,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issues you are having in regards with harassment. Unfortunately, people can make multiple accounts, own multiple consoles and such. The only thing we here on the forums can suggest is to keep reporting
    them. Enforcement is the only ones that decide all enforcement actions. You can view the "how do I" section of the
    enforcement site. As there is nothing more we can do on the forums I will be locking this thread. In the future please be mindful of the

    forum guidelines     when creating posts.

    Recycling gamertags

    There are a lot of gamertags that are just 0 gamerscores and just sitting there for so long and no one hasn't use them at all

    These gamertags needs to be recycled because no one not even active on them or probably they don't play xbox anymore, I'm very active on xbox and im online all the time, I was hoping if Microsoft can reset these gamertags so I can get one of these that I
    listed. I know there's more GT's that are just 0 gamerscores or banned, is there an actual date to when they will reset?

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately we would not be able to provide you with an exact date as there is no method of deciphering when the account last logged in (due to the "Appear Offline" function.

    Additionally, some of these gamertags would not be made available to the public due to the nature of their name as it could be viewed as a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct.
