Xbox Hall of Fame eligibility

Discus and support Xbox Hall of Fame eligibility in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Hi, myself and others in Forza Horizon are a bit confused.     Xbox Hall of Fame eligibility


    Hi, myself and others in Forza Horizon are a bit confused. Is the Xbox Hall of Fame only for people on Xbox consoles or are PC users included as well.

    From the way i read it on the Xbox Hall of Fame terms it seems as though only Xbox console users are eligible and not PC users.

    Can someone please confirm what is right as i am getting ambiguous answers from others who say PC users are eligible and others saying they are not.
