Xbox hackers.

I'd like to start this off saying I'm very frustrated and angry.

I've been playing dark souls 1 and the amount of hackers online is completely ruining the game and reporting them doesn't seem to make a difference.

Where do I go to make a more official complaint?

This really needs to change or I may ditch microsoft products including xbox altogether.

I hate hackers.

I hate hackers and the company for not allowing offline videos and games, you should be able to play without being connected to Xbox live. This is the worse I ever seen it on Xbox.

Hi, it is very frustrating when hackers come on and ruin your game. But only reporting via the console & in game (if it supports it) are the only way. Of course you could also contact the developer/publisher of the game, see if they
have any plans to stop the hackers, as it is their responsibly to stop them on their game. In this case you would need to speak to Namco Bandai/FromSoftware inc.

I'm sorry your experience on Xbox has not been the best but there are some ways to solve this issue. For one, you should block the player so that you do not encounter them online again. Second, you should report a player who is cheating, tampering with
systems, have unsporting behavior consistently, and are abusive during communications.

Thanks. It doesn't specifically say the block feature prevents future game encounters just communications. And i feel like I've seen a few previously blocked players again. Can you please confirm this.

 

It mainly is to stop communications with them, but it's also supposed to lessen your chances of running across them again.

 

Its Glitch Not hack Go Report to Darksouls Website and they Can Stop this if they Want to

 

The only way you can complain is using report option.

You can report them through the xbox or through the enforcement website
