A hack is doubtful. Most people who claim to have been hacked usually get compromised for the following:

• Weak Password or same password used for multiple systems/websites
• Sharing accounts with friends or god forbid, complete strangers.
• Phishing email scams

Do you have a Windows 10 on the same network? If you do then you're probably logged into that as well and this will show PC activity. Microsoft accounts are used for far more than just Xbox.

If you've shared your account and other person knows your credentials, they may be using them on a PC too.

If you don't have complete control of your account, change your account and enable two-step authentication.

Try to change all ur account passwords
