my region although I bought the in Germany I've got the redeemed under a

lousy trick s.pc got the but not on my xbox for Verfehn the last all verarsche

of you I buy no more of it because SONY is much better because

everything is easy and faster where it works synonymous with no problem

with xbox I'm through 15 euro umsonnst spent if I can not use it on the

console or that is not me at all displayed the

really poor and SONY always has a 24 hour suport anstadt xbox xbox does

not do anything decent so really poor sellig of you.

ich hab den bugatti gekauft mit Gutscheinen die ich zuvor mit Xbox Guthaben gekauft habe . Mein Guthaben würde abgezogen dann kam eine Fehler Meldung Spiel startete neu dann würden die Gutscheine abgezogen und der bugatti ist leider nicht da.

Ich wollte mir heute Red Dead Redemption 2 vorbestellen, also habe ich mir 2 Guthaben Karten gekauft. (20 und 50 Euro) Doch als ich sie einlösen wollte hat es nicht geklappt... ich schliesse also den Kaufvorgang und starte die Xbox One erneut. Ich gehe in
den store und auf einmal läd das Spiel herunter, aber die Karten gehen immer noch nicht und eingelöst habe ich sie ja auch nicht. Dann bekomme ich eine Nachricht von einem Verwandten das gerade 70 Euro bei der Person über die Kreditkarte abgebucht wurden(die
Karte ist aber der Xbox angegeben), obwohl ich ja den Kauf abgebrochen und nicht einmal die Zahlungsmethode geändert habe. Also habe ich jetzt 70 Euro ohne Wert in Guthaben Karten versenkt und 70 Euro mithilfe einer Kreditkarte aus dem Fenster geworfen.

Also ist meine Frage, ob man den Kauf stornieren kann, da ich den Kauf garnicht erst zugelassen und jetzt 140 Euro verschwendet habe.

P.S.: Ich werde mich auch noch an den Support wenden.

then don't buy your currency cards online but buy them in a local store. Then you're always sure it's for the correct region.

 

Hi! Please try to use only one language so that we can understand what your issue is. The problem here is that gift cards are tied to regions and therefore you have to buy the right currensy for your region.

In fact you are still able to use that gift card, switching to the respective region and after that you're able to redeem the code/use your account balance for that region. Next time just reach out to Xbox Support before redeeming the key and I'm sure they
