I don't know if the Dashboard team review issues posted here on the forum or if the Microsoft support agents forward relevant issues for follow-up to the applicable teams. If you would like to provide additional data to Microsoft Dashboard team directly
for troubleshooting etc even if you don't have your console in the Dashboard Preview program, try downloading the Xbox Insider app.

Once app is installed, press and hold the Xbox nexus button on your controller...then select the Report a Problem button. Select Add new problem, then select Guide as the category, then Guide Performance as the sub-category and enter in your problem
title and description of the issue.

It may take some time however providing them with info relevant to your issue might help them identify a bug and produce a fix for it.

Have you tried turning the console off and resetting the power supply of the console by removing the power cable for a few minutes?

Sorry. I see "changing controllers"

Only things I can think of is updating controller firmware.

Do you have more than 1 controller? If so, does it happen on the other one?
