    Xbox Guide Problems


    So recently I cannot access my friends list, messages, or parties when using my Xbox guide button. This is very frustrating. I can see everything my friends on the dashboard and I can see that I have messages but they will not load when i try to open the
    tab. This is very frustrating can someone please help. Thank You.

    Hey Cheetos,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your guide.

    When you say you can't use any part of it, what exactly are you seeing?

    • Can you not navigate to different tabs of the Guide or can you not select items from the Guide?
    • Does this happen with any controller you use to bring up the Guide?

    I would recommend trying these steps first:

    1. Clear your system cache
    2. Turn off your console
    3. Wait 30 seconds
    4. Turn on your console
    5. Sign in to your profile

    Please let us know the answer to those questions and how those steps work for you and we'll go from there.

    I can bring up the guide but I can't use any part of it, not even redeem code or anything else.

    How about deleting your account and using the account recovery option found in the profile tab of the guide? Mine was bugging out as well today.

    As a heads up, you shouldn't need a Kinect Sensor to use One Guide. This link here should have some more

    insight     on how to use it.
