    Xbox guest key issues


    Hi, i was fiddling with my xbox when i discovered the guest key option and thought it was a good idea due to my children adding new accounts all the time. However i accidentally removed my profile from the xbox and iv forgotten the key. Now i cannot add
    any account or change the guest key due to my account being the adult account on the xbox. What do i do? Thanks in advance Xbox guest key issues :)

    passkey removal not working

    If you are referring to the guest key, check this out:
    support.xbox.com/.../forgot-guest-key

    A forgotten guest key can be reset by any adult as long as that person knows the password that they use to sign in to their Microsoft account on the console. The adult must be signed in on the console to reset the guest key.

    Hi SpooneyDip.

    Have you attempted to unlock the guest key? I have read on the support page entering it wrong 3 times it should ask you to then enter the password to your Microsoft account instead.

    Let us know if it works or not!
