    Hello,

    I play on the Xbox one s, and I like to play on Xbox groups with my friend. The problem is, I can't post anything, and no one ever invites me when I say I'm interested. When my friend clicks I'm interested, he gets an invite right away. I forget what it says when I try to make a post because I haven't tried recently, but I do remember that it loads for a long time, and says something like, "Failed to post", or, "Error". When I want to play on groups I have to have my friend look through them, and when he gets in, he invites me. Can anyone help me?

    The xbox group would be the voice chat group

    Hello!

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble communicating with a specific friend is that correct? Can you have the friend do these steps as well. To start off I recommend you power down the console
    and networking equipment (router/modem). Then unplug them from their power source and leave them unplugged for about 5 minutes. Let the router/modem power back up all the way first. Then plug in the console and try again. Give it a try and let us know with
    a reply how it goes.

    Check the status of the Xbox Live service. If you see alerts, wait until the service is up and running and try again.
    If you are unable to hear the person you are trying to chat with after joining their group, try these tips:
    Make sure your privacy settings allow you to communicate with everyone. Press the Xbox  button to open the panel and select Profile and system> Settings> Account> Privacy and security> Xbox Live privacy. Select View details and customize> Communication and multiplayer, then make your changes.
    Mute or unblock the person you're trying to chat with. Press the Xbox  button to open the panel, then select Groups and chats. Select the group to expand the group list, choose the person you want to hear again and select Mute.
