Xbox green screen

anytime
i try to watch anime or watch some of my friends videogame clips all i ever get is this green screen. I do not know why i get it nor do i know how to fix it... Does anyone know whats going on?

Issues with Xbox Live

My screen is all black last I tried to turn on my Xbox to watch some TV, I'm guessing Xbox Live is the reason? I can't even see the home screen, just a black screen. It's weird cause the green popup signed me in when I was in front of Kinect and I use my voice but outside of the green popups I've got nothing but a black screen.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

I've hard reset multiple times in the past and also tried uodating offlinr and no result still shows up green...

Hi there!

I had this happen once before, what ended up fixing it for me was shutting down ny xbox fully, then removing all cables from it. From there hold in the power button for 30 seconds to discharge any remaining power. Give it 2 minutes, hook everything back
up and power it on, you should be good to go then!

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
Note: Please make sure to know the emails and passwords for the Xbox profiles on the console. This step will log you off the profiles.

My xbox one s goes to green screen on start up and is slow, sometimes it will go to the home screen, but will not let me do anything else (games, apps,etc.). I have tried a soft reset and hard reset but it just goes blank then sometimes back to

Update This morning I turned it on and it just sits at the green xbox one screen. I tried the factory restore with no luck it still just sits at the green screen loading.

Mine has been stuck on the green screen for hours I have tried unconnecting power and reseting but is still stuck on the green screen. is this possibly green screen of death?
