    Xbox Green screen of death on Minecraft Xbox one s


    I was told to try posting here. I’m in the insiders program and I guess I got an update this morning but I’m not sure. Anyways my console was fine last night, this morning when I boot it up I get the green screen of death. I’ve tried power cycling and tried pulling up the troubleshooting menu but it just goes straight back to the GSOD. Has this happened to anyone else or anyone have any idea how to fix it?

    Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. Sorry to hear you're stuck on the green loading screen. That's never fun, but no worries! What we recommend is that you use our Xbox
    One System Update Solution     to troubleshoot the issue. It not unusual for the green loading screen to remain on the screen if something has happened during a recent update and this should get you back to normal.

    Xbox one green screen of death?

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything from the console and let it sit for at least 5 minutes to see if that resolves the issue.
