Xbox Green Screen Error.

So Basically I was all happy to play some Black Ops 3 after like 4 months and I hop on to my xbox one and it all goes smooth. I then proceed to update my system and then my black ops 3. I play a few games and it all goes smooth. Later that night I turn off
my xbox and head for bed but then the next day when i go to turn on my xbox one I get the Green Loading Screen with the XBOX ONE text and logo along with 3 forever loading dots.

I have tried:

Hard Resetting the System (Multiple Times)

USB Update (Tried twice)

Factory Restore (Once. Didnt load)

Note: When I did the USB Update thing it did start to update and load until I got to the Applying Update screen and it froze. I waited a couple hours and didnt move. So i hard resetted the system and it cancelled the update. I then go again
to try the update and now it doesnt even load. It just turns on my xbox to the Green Screen with the flashing light on the front for maybe 30 seconds until it goes solid.

If anyone could help it would be very greatly appreciated. Thank you

o i guess i should mention that i used osudt2 since i wasnt freezing at green screen and it wasnt a new xbox one. it goes right to ERror screen conact support e203. riht after it loads the green screen.

Cannot get Xbox past black screen following green startup screen. Sometimes it shows me the error code listed above. What can I do? What does the error code mean?

If you haven't tried already, from the same page you get the USB update, you can also download a Factory reset USB.

If you have tried that though I'm afraid your only recourse is to send in the system for repair. You can do that through the service site at myservice.xbox.com
