Xbox graphics issue?

Hello,

I currently have the Xbox one S Gears of war edition. Whenever i turn it on, i get this screen that make it look like its taken the wrong dose of LSD. I switch HDMI ports on Tv and the HDMI cords, and this did not fix it. I take it into my roommates tv
and it works perfectly fine.

I do not think it's a tv issue as its a fairly new Tv.

any suggestions?

Thanks. I've tried that but it wasn't much help about how I can actually fix the issue.

Update:I unplugged my external hard drive and it worked perfectly fine. Anyone know if this means my hard drive is going up soon?

Hey Mark,

If you haven't already, we suggest you try a
Factory Reset by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.

Make sure you know your email and password before doing so as you will be asked to sign back in. You will be given the option to keep your games and apps upon selecting reset. Do that version of the reset before attempting to delete everything. Let us know
how it goes!

have try to power cycle 10 seconds the wait for 30 seconds then turn it on or power cycle for 10 seconds then unplug it for 30 seconds then plug it back in . try to uninstall and you can clear local saves games you find this in xbox one settings
. make sure your xbox one is not plug in a surge protector and keep your xbox one clear from things
