Well first you need to.call the police then they can locate it

Whenever they use the subpoena powers is upto the officer as there has been a proccess thry can do legally

I also just had my Xbox stolen just last night around this time. I bought a brand new controller and so when I reported it stolen to the police I gave them the box of the controller and they got the serial number from it, and today at work a co worker told
me I can track the serial number of the Xbox from whenever my profile was accessed. So when I logged in I saw that they'd got on and I so happen to game share with a friend and i had him lock my profile down. So i gave the serial number of my xbox the cops
so I wanna know can I get in touch with Microsoft and see if they can locate the stolen Xbox?
