Xbox got rid of one of my freinds

I was playing the Xbox one day then I realized that one of my friends gotten taken off my friends list. I was sad because she was my best friend please tell me why it won't let me add her again.
PLZ EXPLAIN how I can fix this, thanks Microsoft!

Hello there,

I hate to break it to you but xbox doesn't remove friends on its own. It's more likely that your best friend has blocked you which is why she doesn't show up on your friends list and you aren't able to add her again. I'm sorry.

if ya friends list has 95 or more this causes freezing on fifa get rid of some freinds

i even reset my xbox and still got issues. my 2 freinds in my party are having the same issue

I have jus got my xbox live 1 month free but my freinds show as offline. They can send msg to me and i get them right away but when they send me a game invite it says i cant join cause i am not freinds with anyone on that game z help already lost 2 days
