Xbox got hacked?

Someone said xbox got hacked I checked my credit card I have on file with xbox and there is fraud charges on it. I only use that card for xbox live. Is anyone other then me having this happen? Hope someone for xbox can confirm this please?

Finally Got It!!

I'm stoked. My One came in the mail today. I had the day off, slept in, and when I woke up, there it was on the front porch. Went out and got Battlefield 4 from Wal-Mart and played for a while with the guys. Man, how great are the graphics?! Well, think I'm back to it.

You will need to contact phone support for any billing issues. You should report the charges to your credit card company so they can investigate on their end. You can check here commerce.microsoft.com to see what was charged.

Just to add,xbox live has never been hacked in all the time it's been going.

 

Hello xbox someone got my account with my password and I've put a key pass but he can enter on my account (I change my pass key regulary) please help (soory for the english I'm french )

This is happening to me. I have contacted Xbox support about it and they escalated my claim to a tier 3 status. I called it in on the 13th and I'm still waiting as of now. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

You will need to stick with Xbox Support as they are the only ones who have the tools, and permission, to look into someone's account and billing details. You can always call them back, if you wanted to check how things are going as you should have been
given a case reference number that you can use when speaking to Xbox chat support.

No one on these forums are unable to help, as we are just volunteers who give away our free time and energy into helping other people with Xbox questions. However, we do not have access to accounts and account information. Thus is why you have been given
instructions to contact Microsoft support though their secure chat or through phone.

my account got hacked my CC was used to buy 650 euros worth of credits over a few weeks, I've just been talking to support and hopefully I can be refunded as they realised how iffy it looked. it started on August 31st 2016 and stopped on September 10th.
I haven't been on my 360 in months and noticed something wrong with my bank account. I live in Ireland and the purchases came from the USA & Korea . There were no email notifications either.

Microsoft should really contact the account owner if purchases like 75 & 50 euros appear for credits. really angry right now!
