    bonjour, j'ai sur mon compte le xbox gold, je peut télécharger les jeux gratuit du mois, mais impossible de jouer en ligne, chaque il me redirige vers la page pour acheter un abonnement gold

    Donc j'ai appliquer toute les solutions vue sur le net et sur votre site pour le problème du gold fantôme, mais impossible sa ne marche pas

    Vous n'avez pas un moyen de réinitialiser mon compte pour enlever cet erreur qui me Pourrit depuis près d'un mois et donc un mois d'abonnement perdu

    Solution 1 : Aller vérifier sur : https://enforcement.xbox.com/fr-FR pour savoir si vous n'avez pas eu de bannissement.

    Solution 2 : Redémarrer la console Vider le cache de la console. Restez appuyé sur le bouton Xbox de la console jusqu' qu'elle s'éteigne. Si le démarrage sur fond vert ne s'affiche pas et laisse l'accueil, vous n'avez pas bien fait
    la manip. Pour vous assurer qu'elle est bien éteinte, débrancher l'alimentation pendant 15 secondes, rebrancher et tester.

    Solution 3 : Retirer le profil de la Xbox (ceci n'efface en aucun cas les sauvegardes qui eux sont dans le cloud mais faut d'abord être connecté au Live pour tout sauvegarder sinon vous allez tout perdre) : Paramètres > Compte > Retirer
    des comptes > Le vôtre. Puis vider le cache, allumer la Xbox (mais la Xbox date de 2001) One et remettre le profil : Guide > Page de connexion (de toute façon en ouvrant le guide vous arrivez directement dessus) > Ajouter et gérer > Ajouter un nouveau > taper
    adresse mail > taper mot de passe > réessayer de voir si vous pouvez jouer en ligne.

    Solution 4 : Paramètres > Réseau > Paramètres réseau > Aller Hors-ligne puis vider le cache, rallumer et se remettre en ligne : Paramètres > Réseau > Paramètres réseau > Aller en ligne puis réessayer.

    Solution 5 : Déconnecter votre console du réseau et la reconnecter.

    Par ethernet : éteindre la console, débrancher le câble ethernet, le rebrancher et réessayer.

    Par Wifi : Paramètres > Réseau > Paramètres réseau > Déconnecter le sans fil (faut bien connaître le mot de passe de la box qui doit se trouver en dessous ou sur le côté) > Configurer le réseau sans fil > Sélectionner le réseau sans fil > Taper
    le mdp de la box (clé WEP) et réessayer.

    Solution 6 : Redémarrer votre box

    Solution 1: Go check on:

    If that is the case who gets to use their gold account on other machines? They've clearly said that. Just like now, your live subscription follows you to whatever Xbox console you use. So who on that original console can take their account to another console?

    You make the account with gold the other person home with the Xbox with no gold on it

    Account with gold add it to xbox without a gold account make gold account home on that xbox pretty much it they get games and gold on both accounts afterwards

    1. Sign into your Xbox that you intend to use the Non-Gold profile with and set to the Home Xbox.

    2. Sign into your other Non-home Xbox with your Gold Account.

    The idea is that the console that you use non gold profiles on should be set to the home Xbox. This way you can sign into any other Xbox with the gold account and access gold while the other non gold profiles access gold from the home Xbox.

    To ensure that all accounts on the Xbox are able to access Gold, please ensure that your account associated with the Xbox Live Gold membership is the account that has the xbox set to "My home xbox", this will then have it set as gold for the entire xbox.
    If another account is set as the home xbox, it will require the account with gold to be signed in for others to access the gold subscription.
