Xbox gold won’t work

    Xbox gold won’t work


    So I bought gold today as a digital code. I put it in and it worked fine. My account says gold and everything. After 2 hours I still can’t play online on any of my games. I undownloaded and redownloaded my account already, hard reset my xbox, and tried re-entering
    the code still no success. Anybody know how to help?

    You’ll need one account with gold or gamepass and another account with gold or gamepass

    Gold membership won’t work

    Sounds like you went through most of the troubleshooting steps we would give although I would check multiple games to verify it isn't the one game that is throwing that error your way. If that doesn't work give Support a call at 1-800-469-9269 and see if
    they can see what is going on.
