Xbox gold won't work because of the ambassador thing please Help

wont let me go gold mine ran out 2 days ago and when I try to it says something happened on our end waiting a bit might help?I talked to a supervisor and he said since I joined the ambassador program that's why I'm having issue and he told me to get on here
and ask for help because they don't know what to do I have been trying since 12 pm Eastern time.please someone help.

I can't play my downloaded Halo@ ce

I bought and downloaded Halo ce about a year ago and my system says the game couldn't start. When I bought my xbox 360 it was an 4gb but later I got a 250gb hard drive and the dang thing sting won't work. I deleted it re-downloaded it and the thing still
won't work and it's really bothering me. Can anyone help I've talked with an ambassador already.

 

sorry I didn't mean the abassader program I meant the preview thing.

 

If you want to leave the insider program then you can do that via the insider app on your console.

 

yea I did that and deleted it but still no luck I even tried to put a 25 digit code in and still no luck the only way I can somewhat play live games is sharing my wife's gold off her account but I really wish I could just use my account.

 

It can take a while before you are actually removed from the insider program.

I'd redownload the app & it should tell you there.

 

thanks for help but still no luck im about to just give up and switch gaming platforms.Microsoft even gave me a free code for a month and it won't even work.that's pretty sad that they can't fix there own screw up.i have been a loyal customer for far to
long to deal with this crap.

As I understand it the build you have at the moment is the same as everyone,not just preview members so it shouldn't be the insider program that's causing the problem.

Post in the insider support forums & they can look into it for you.
